Click the "New Topic" button (or reply to a post) to start a new message.
Under the attachment section below, click the "Browse" button to find your photo on your computer. (please keep the file size to a minimum, we have limited server space)
Select the file then click "Open", then click "Upload" Once the upload is complete, click the "manage current attachments" button and select the icon with the "+" on it, this will place the photo in your message wherever you place your curser up here.
